Playa Royale Overview

Playa Royale is fast becoming one of Puerto Vallarta's and Nuevo Vallarta's favorite vacation destinations. The Playa Royale Condos by Paradise Village ™ are located in Nuevo Vallarta, on the door step of all the Paradise Village ™ facilities and the famous El-Tigre Golf Course and Spa.

Playa Royale is a gated oceanfront condo complex with beautiful adult and children swimming pools, jacuzzis, palapas, immaculate green gardens, a snack bar (belonging to the Paradise Village ™ Beach Club), BBQ & food preparation areas, Bocce Ball & Shuffleboard play areas and friendly front-desk and concierge staff.

At Pacific Coast we have many years of experience working with Playa Royale and we manage and rent a large number of condos in the complex. As our offices are located close to the resort you can rest assured that once you arrive help will always be at hand, we will even welcome you to the resort upon your arrival! The Playa Royale Condos

All the condos at Playa Royale have been finished and decorated to luxury standards. Whether vacationing in a Studio condo or a 3 Bedroom condo you will find a fully equipped gourmet granite counter-top kitchen with a stainless steel fridge-freezer, built-in oven, built-in microwave and a built-in dishwasher. Each condo is also equipped with a full set of cutlery and crockery.

Air conditioning and ceiling fans are standard in all the condos at Playa Royale, along with Cable TV. Linens and towels are also provided. There is a pool and beach towel service available with the Paradise Village ™ social membership. Each condo also has a modern washer-dryer machine.

As each condo at Playa Royale has been custom decorated please consult each condo's profile, or contact us, to confirm the furniture and bed arrangement for your condo. Due to the level of custom decoration we charge a refundable security deposit of $500 USD separate from your nightly room charge. After your departure, and a room clean, we will inspect the condo, and if all is in order refund the full security deposit. If you are renting more than 1 unit the per-room deposit is still required.

As Playa Royale is a private condo complex, and not a hotel, room cleaning services are not included and are charged separately from your nightly rate. Playa Royale have a full team of cleaning staff that we use for room cleans - in general we will program a minimum of 2 cleans per week during your stay.

All condos at Playa Royale have an outdoor balcony with table and chairs; the size of the balcony depends on the size of the unit you are renting. In general, all units on the 4th floor upwards will have clear and spectacular ocean views; to enjoy the afternoon breeze and spectacular Vallarta sunsets. Condos on the 2nd and 3rd floors will have garden/ocean views - the ocean view is sometimes obstructed by the palm trees. Most 1st floor condos will have garden views.

Paradise Village ™ Resort amenities not included in your Condo Rental

As guests of Playa Royale you will have access to the unique Paradise Village ™ social membership. For a fee of just $15 per person per month the social membership will give you the following :

• - Access to the Paradise Village ™ Beach Club (located in front of Tower 1 at Playa Royale : pool, jacuzzi, pool/beach towel service, sauna, snack bar and waiter service)
• - Access to Paradise Village's ™ 2 world-class European-style Spas (treatment costs separate)
• - Access to the famous "El-Tigre" Golf Course (less than 1 mile from Playa Royale)
• - Discounted green-fees for the Golf Course

Activities in the Nuevo Vallarta and Puerto Vallarta area

It's not difficult to see why so many vacationers return to Puerto Vallarta year after year; the warm Pacific Ocean water, the pristine long stretches of beach, the lush green tropical mountains that plunge into the ocean, the huge range of fauna and flora (whales, dolphins, plants ...), the world-class snorkeling and scuba-diving, the rich local culture, the architecture, the shops, restaurants ..... and the list goes on.

Puerto Vallarta has so much to offer for those looking for either a relaxing, adventurous or cultural vacation.

Starting close to Playa Royale you are on the door-step of Vallarta's most complete large-scale vacation resort, Paradise Village Resort & Spa™, with golf, marina, beach, spa, mall etc. There are also 2 other golf courses close to Paradise Village ™ (the Mayan Palace golf course and the Flamingos golf course). If your looking for water parks or to swim with Dolphins, right next to Paradise Village ™ is the "Vallarta Adventures Dolphin Adventure Center" and the "Sea Life Park".

Heading south from Paradise Village ™ you are about 20-30 minutes from the heart of old-town Puerto Vallarta, with it's rich mix of local traditions. Night-clubs, bars, restaurants, shops and beaches are abundant in old town Vallarta. Further south past Conchas Chinas you will find the sumptuous seaside fishing village of Mismaloya where the history of Puerto Vallarta was forever changed with John Hudon's "Night of the Iguana" film.

10 minutes north from Paradise Village ™ you will find the traditional Mexican village of Bucerias, which has many fantastic restaurants and a great flea market. Further north are the villages of La Cruz de Huanacaxctle, Punta Mita, Sayulita and San Pancho.

Located in Paradise Village ™ of Nuevo Vallarta, Playa Royale is ideally located to enjoy all that the Bay of Banderas has to offer, from Sayulta & San Pancho to Yelapa. Playa Royale is located :

Reservation and Payment Policy

We firstly recommend you to contact us to confirm availability on the condo you are interested in. We will follow this up with an email quote for your stay providing photos of both the condo and the balcony views.

After having received the quote, if requested, we will be more than happy to put the condo under a no-obligation 48hr hold. Like this you will have time to think about the offer and time to arrange your travel details, this could also give you time to reserve your flight tickets.

Once you have decided to book a condo we will send you a rental contract which you will need to sign and return to us by fax.

Once we receive the fax we will begin to process your reservation. We will confirm your reservation once the first payment of 50% of the reservation amount has been received. 

We accept payments by check or wire transfer. The final payment plus the security deposit is due 30 days before your arrival.

Our price includes all fees, we charge no booking fees. There are no hidden costs, the price we quote to you is the price you will pay.

Check-in times at Playa Royale are after 4:00pm.

At check-in, each guest over 18yrs will need to provide a valid ID, and a credit card will be needed to open your account with the snack bar. During check-in you will also be able to sign-up for the Paradise Village ™ social & sports membership. Please note that for health and safety reasons Playa Royale will enforce the maximum occupancy limits for each room. Please ensure you are aware of the maximum number of people traveling before you reserve your condo.

Check-out times are before 11:00am.

Once we have completed the final inspection of the condominium, the security deposit will be refunded to you minus any repairs, if necessary. The security deposit can be charged to your credit card without any service charge, to facilitate the refund.
