Prices do not include cleanings: $23 each, 2 per week minimum
Security Deposit: $500, refundable after cleaning and final inspection
Terms:
50% deposit to hold the reservation, balance due no later than 30 days prior to arrival date.
Activities and Attractions:
Playa Royale is located only 15-20 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta international airport, in Nuevo Vallarta, and was built by the Paradise Village Group. All the condos at Playa Royale are Ocean Front and have spectacular views of the Bay of Banderas. The grounds have a network of different size swimming pools and jacuzzis. The gardens are immaculate and there are a number of BBQ and Food preparation areas. Also located on the grounds a both bocce ball and shuffle board courts.
Owners at Playa Royale also have access to the Paradise Village Beach Club that is located on the Playa Royale property. The Beach Club includes pools, jacuzzi, changing rooms, towel service, sauna and a restaurant snack bar. Owners will also have access to the Paradise Village Social & Sports Membership giving access to the famous El-Tigre Golf Course, Spas and Sports Complex.
